Position: agency coordinator female candidate

📢 PrimeIdea Ventures is seeking a dynamic Agency Coordinator (female) to join our B2B team. In this hands-on role, you will be the bridge between our existing financial advisers and internal sales & business-development functions, while also spearheading the recruitment of new advisers.

Key Responsibilities

Adviser Relationship Management

  • Serve as primary point of contact for our network of advisers
  • Schedule and facilitate regular catch-ups, training sessions, and performance reviews
  • Monitor adviser KPIs and ensure compliance with PrimeIdea’s quality standards

New Adviser Recruitment

  • Identify, approach, and onboard high-potential candidates for distribution of our financial products (Mutual Fund Schemes, Direct Equity Stocks, Portfolio Management Services, ETFs, SIPs, NPS, ULIPs, etc.)
  • Conduct initial screening, interviews, and induction programs
  • Collaborate on referral programs and campus drives to build a robust adviser pipeline

Sales & Business Development Support

  • Work closely with the internal BD team to prepare pitch‐decks, marketing materials, and product briefs
  • Coordinate lead-generation campaigns and follow up on B2B prospects
  • Track campaign performance and generate weekly/monthly reports

Operational Excellence

  • Maintain CRM records for all adviser and prospect interactions
  • Ensure smooth execution of incentive payouts and compliance documentation
  • Liaise with compliance, operations, and finance teams to resolve any adviser-related issues

Candidate Profile

  • Experience: 1–3 years in B2B coordination, recruitment, or sales support—preferably within financial services
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills in English and Gujarati.
  • Organizational Skills: Proven ability to juggle multiple stakeholders, meet deadlines, and manage events/training programs
  • Interpersonal Skills: High emotional intelligence, strong relationship-building aptitude, and a proactive “get-things-done” attitude
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with financial products—Mutual Funds (ELSS, Hybrid, Multi-Asset), Direct Equity, PMS, ETFs, Fixed Income Products, NPS, ULIPs, etc.
  • Tools: Comfortable working with CRMs (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce), MS Office, and virtual meeting platforms

Compensation & Benefits

  • Fixed Salary: ₹2,50,000 – ₹3,50,000 per annum (depending on experience)
  • Incentives: Attractive performance-linked bonuses for recruitment milestones and adviser productivity. Additional Incentives for Team Target Achievement.
