Role Overview

We are looking for an energetic and communicative Product Specialist to join our team in Vadodara! This position is highly focused on client engagement and business development support. Working alongside our sales team, you will accompany them to client meetings to serve as our product expert. Your primary goal is to explain our financial offerings clearly, outline the pros and cons of various investment strategies, and resolve investor queries. If you have a passion for personal finance and love helping people gain clarity on their investments, we want you on our team!

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborative Client Engagements: Partner with the sales team, attending client meetings to explain our offerings and serve as the subject matter expert on our financial products.
  • Product Advisory: Walk clients through various mutual funds and investment vehicles, detailing the pros and cons of each to ensure complete transparency.
  • Query Resolution: Actively listen to client concerns and provide absolute clarity, bridging the gap between technical concepts and simple, actionable advice to build trust.
  • Portfolio Presentations: Assist in evaluating clients’ existing portfolios and effectively communicate how our strategies align with their financial goals.
  • Create Educational Content: Help draft engaging, easy-to-understand content for our wealth management platforms so investors can benefit from clear product insights.

 

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Educational Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or Finance (B.Com, BBA, etc.) is required.
  • Certifications (Mandatory): NISM Series V-A (Mutual Fund Distributors) or equivalent NISM certification is mandatory for compliance.
  • Industry Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in financial product distribution, client relationship management, or wealth management support.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Gujarati/Hindi, with the ability to explain financial data warmly and accessibly.
  • Mindset: A client-first approach with a strong inclination towards collaborative sales support and relationship building.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Fixed Salary: ₹3,00,000 P.A.
